Home, Pest & Radon Inspections

One inspector, the whole house — structure, systems, wood-destroying insects, and radon — written up in a same-day report you can act on.

Mass Integrity is a full-service inspection company for buyers across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. One inspector covers the whole house — plus the wood-destroying insects and radon a general inspection often leaves out — so you get the complete picture from a single visit.

01

Home inspection

A non-invasive, visual review of the house from the roofline to the foundation. Every accessible system is examined, photographed where it matters, and written up in plain language.

  • Roof, exterior, structure and foundation
  • Electrical, heating, cooling and plumbing
  • Kitchen, baths, interior and attic
  • Same-day electronic report with photos
02

Pest & WDI inspection

A wood-destroying insect inspection on the same visit — termites, carpenter ants and more — including the FHA and VA reports many lenders require. No second appointment, no second inspector.

  • Termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, wood-boring beetles
  • Sill plates, joist ends and framing
  • FHA and VA pest reports
  • Issued from the same inspection
03

Radon testing

Radon is a colorless, odorless gas and a leading cause of lung cancer. A short test tells you where the home stands before you commit. Available across Massachusetts.

  • Canister or continuous-monitor testing
  • Available in Massachusetts
  • Clear results before closing
04

Commercial building inspection

Inspection for commercial and multi-unit buildings — the structure, systems and safety a buyer or owner needs documented before they commit.

  • Structure, roof and building envelope
  • Electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems
  • Multi-unit and mixed-use buildings
  • Written report with photographs

The report

Everything found, photographed, and written where you can find it again.

An electronic report, with photographs of every concern on their own pages. You will read it more than once — with an agent, with a partner, and again when you are deciding what to ask the seller to fix. It is built to survive that.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

01

Book it

Call or send a request with the property address and your inspection deadline. Most buyers are working inside a contract window, so that date drives everything.

02

Walk it with him

You are welcome at the inspection, and it is worth attending. Watching someone open the panel and explain what they see is worth more than reading about it later.

03

Get the report

It goes out the same day. An electronic report with photographs of every concern, each on its own page, so there is no ambiguity about what was found or where.

04

Ask questions after

Reports get read at the kitchen table with an agent, a partner, and a lot of questions. Call when they come up.

Find out what you are buying.

Working against an inspection deadline? Call — that is the fastest way to get a date on the calendar.
